Returns and exchange details
Items must be returned within 7 days as long as return is agreed upon by the seller. The buyer must return item(s) to the seller at the buyers expense and a delivery confirmation number must be given to the seller . No refunds or exchanges are given unless the purchased item is returned in the same condition as we shipped it to you. Also, return is based on if the buyer obtains postal insurance through the shipping company. If postal insurance is not purchased we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Items lost or damaged through USPS that are insured... refunds will be made through USPS.com and not Heartfelt Giver.
If return is due a refund... refunds will be the price of item minus paid or free shipping and return shipping fees, as well as any non refundable credit card fees we were charged along with a restocking fee of 10%.
