These terms and conditions apply to clients of Heartfelt Giver.
Client(s) – a person, company or organization that pays for service from Heartfelt Giver
Product(s) and Services – any service and/or digital, visual, or written content from Heartfelt Giver
Service Provider – Heartfelt Giver

REQUESTING A QUOTE
Requesting a quote for services does NOT obligate either party into a contract. It’s simply an inquiry for more information. All quotes will be sent to party inquiring via firstname.lastname@example.org
A service agreement and/or contract will be issued to protect both the client and service provider. The price, timeline, and details of the service provided will be outlined clearly in the contract. All service agreements and contracts will be sent to clients via email@example.com
An invoice will be sent to the client with the price agreed upon in a service agreement or as listed on the website. Invoices are issued through firstname.lastname@example.org. We accept credit card payments via PayPal or Stripe. You do NOT need a PayPal or Stripe account to submit payments.
Once the invoice is paid, the service agreement is fully active. The delivery of service and/or products will follow the timeline stipulated in the service agreement.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns are NOT permitted due to the nature of the service. Refunds are not provided unless the service provider is responsible for failing to meet the terms of the service agreement.
Cancellation of prepaid services will result in a refund of the unused portion of paid services. Please allow 7-10 business days once notification is received.
